Bed frame

Advanced reinforced cast iron integrated molding, symmetrical, box shaped, and highly rigid structure with reinforced mesh ribs, capable of withstanding gravity compression and resisting deformation. The reinforced structure of the rice shaped rib plate can resist bending, thermal deformation, and torsional forces, while achieving seismic resistance and enhancing rigidity. After the casting is completed, it undergoes a tightly controlled annealing process to eliminate internal stress and reduce creep effects.

Column

Advanced reinforced cast iron box structure with increased length to width ratio section coefficient and reinforced mesh rib plates on the inner wall.

The rice shaped rib plate enhances rigidity, can resist cutting lateral forces, resist torsional forces, and has the effect of shock absorption and strengthening rigidity. After the casting is completed, it undergoes a tightly controlled annealing process to eliminate internal stress and reduce creep effects.

Saddle (X, Z axis seat)

Advanced reinforced cast iron, the assembly of all track slides and sliding tables, the material is annealed to eliminate stress and prevent the influence of creep. Structural castings that are resistant to torsional and cutting forces.

High strength spindle head

The spindle adopts high-precision angular ball bearings and NN series ball bearings, with excellent radial and axial rigidity accuracy for clamping and positioning. Lubricate with specialized grease to effectively control heat generation, suppress thermal deformation, and ensure the durability and stability of the spindle. Assemble in a constant temperature chamber, pass the test, and then send the machine for assembly; Can ensure spindle life, high precision, high speed, and 24-hour continuous operation effect.

Two axis feed system

The servo motor is directly linked with the ball screw, with excellent accuracy and high induction response, ensuring positioning accuracy and repeatability.

The two ends of the ball screw are equipped with heavy-duty high-precision angled ball bearings, also known as bearing preloading and screw preloading, which are assembled based on accumulated theoretical and practical experience to ensure the rigidity, accuracy, and stability of the system.

High speed and high-precision turret

High speed and high-precision convex wheel turret for quick tool change. Using a curved toothed connector for positioning, zero clearance ensures repeatability and positioning accuracy.

Rear mounted chip conveyor and cooling water device

The chip is discharged close to the spindle, and the bed is washed with chip water to quickly remove iron chips and heat to the conveyor, reducing thermal deformation by separating from the main body.

The guide rail and ball screw support bearing seats at both ends. The ball guide screw is equipped with heavy-duty high-precision angled ball bearings at both ends, known as bearing preloading and screw preloading, which are assembled based on accumulated experience from theoretical and practical use to ensure the rigidity, accuracy, and stability of the system.

The control system adopts the latest Fanuc 0iTF control system, which is perfectly combined with Fanuc motors. It can perfectly solve the processing of various complex programs, improve the machining accuracy of workpieces, enhance surface smoothness, and improve machining efficiency. It also adds program pre reading function.

(1)Installation and debugging

1. After signing the contract, Party B shall provide the foundation diagram and the locations of gas, water, and electricity incoming lines within one month. If necessary, Party A shall prefabricate the reinforced concrete foundation according to the foundation diagram and install a three-phase 380V (± 5%) 50HZ power supply in advance. The regulated power supply can be determined according to the fluctuation of the factory power supply, and the voltage fluctuation of the power supply is required to not exceed 380V ± 5%.

2. After the equipment is transported to the designated location by both parties, Party A shall handle the relevant work to the factory for positioning. With the assistance of Party B, Party A shall be responsible for equipment lifting, unloading, unpacking, machine tool positioning, and rough horizontal adjustment.

3. After the appearance inspection of the equipment is confirmed to be correct, both parties shall arrange personnel to jointly count the random data and attachments of the machine tool according to the contract content.

4. After the equipment arrives at the factory, Party A shall be responsible for:

4-1 Plan the installation position of the machinery, equipment installation positioning, and make rough adjustments.

4-2 Operators should be familiar with the basic information of the machine tool in advance.

Prepare the workpiece, cutting tools, and fixtures for trial cutting.

5. Except for the specialized tools required for installation and debugging work, other tools and gauges shall be provided by Party A.

6. The first party shall provide urban transportation and work lunch as much as possible.

After the equipment arrives at the customer's factory, it is necessary to open the box and check the accessories and inspect the equipment together with the sales service engineer. If Party A unpacks the box without the presence of the sales service engineer, Party A shall be responsible for any missing or damaged items.

 

(2) Acceptance check

6-3-3 Machine Tool Accuracy Acceptance: Emas provides a factory accuracy inspection form. After mutual agreement, Party A may conduct random inspections based on the principle of not disassembling the equipment. Party A is responsible for providing the necessary inspection tools and measuring instruments for the inspection.

(3) After all inspections are qualified, sign the delivery acceptance report

Within 30 days after the machine tool arrives at the customer's factory, if installation and debugging work is not carried out due to customer reasons, it will be deemed that the machine tool has passed the final acceptance.

 

(4) Technical training

1. Training: Party A may send technicians to Jiahua Hebei Technology Center for a training period of 5 working days, with 2-3 trainees. Jiahua is responsible for free training and work lunch, and Party A shall bear the accommodation and transportation expenses.

2. The on-site training of Party A will be conducted by Emas engineers at the factory where Party A is located for installation and commissioning, as well as machine tool operation and maintenance training. Duration: 5 working days.

3. The personnel participating in the programming training of Party A must have a technical foundation in operating machine tools or vocational education, and the personnel participating in the operation and maintenance training must have certain general machine tool operation skills.

4. During the use of the equipment, timely provide users with relevant technical consultation, on-site technical services, and spare parts for maintenance, and provide tracking services.

 

(5) Machine warranty and after-sales service

1. Free warranty period for machine tools:

12 months from the date of acceptance of the self delivery machine for the mechanical part.

12 months from the date of acceptance of the self delivery machine for the controller part.

2. The after-sales service within the warranty period shall be provided by Party B free of charge. The second party shall respond within 8 hours after receiving the service notice (fax or letter). If the user cannot solve the problem by themselves and needs to send personnel to the factory for handling, the second party shall ensure to arrive at the user's site within 1 working day to troubleshoot.

3. During the warranty period, if it is for normal use or non consumables, Party B is responsible for providing free damaged parts and repairs

4. The following situations, although within the warranty period, are not applicable and the user must pay for the repair cost:

4-1 In case of natural disasters Man made disasters are damages caused by disasters that cannot be resisted by human power.

4-2 Malfunctions caused by improper operation and maintenance by Party A.

4-3 is the artificial damage caused by improper loading and unloading process or prolonged storage time due to the fault of Party A, resulting in damage to the appearance or interior of the machine, and self disassembly and modification.

5. Outside the warranty period, Party B shall establish a good after-sales service relationship with Party A and provide the required spare parts to Party A at a discounted price. In the event of a malfunction, Party B shall respond within 8 hours after receiving notification from the user. If personnel need to be dispatched to the factory for handling, Party B shall ensure that they arrive within 1 working day. The cost will be determined through negotiation between both parties.
